1.)Harikeśa: So if a devotee dies and remembers Kṛṣṇa, although he is not perfect…
Prabhupāda:
Unless he is perfect, he cannot remember Kṛṣṇa. That is not possible. That is not possible. That is theory only. He must be perfect. Somehow or other, he fallen, so Kṛṣṇa gives him the chance. That is special concession for devotee. Some way or other, you become devotee. Even if you cannot finish the whole job, if you fall down, still, there is guarantee that you get your birth in a very good society. That is the prerogative.”Srila Prabhupada’s Morning Walk conversation — November 2, 1975, Nairobi

2.)-SB-3.5.3-PURPORT-To be obedient to the wishes of the Supreme Lord is the natural position of every living entity. But due only to past misdeeds, a living being becomes averse to the sense of subordination to the Lord and suffers all the miseries of material existence. No one has anything to do but render devotional service to the Supreme Lord, Śrī Kṛṣṇa. Therefore any activity other than transcendental loving service to the Lord is more or less a rebellious action against the supreme will. All fruitive activity, empirical philosophy and mysticism are more or less against the sense of subordination to the Lord, and any living entity engaged in such rebellious activity is more or less condemned by the laws of material nature, which work under the subordination of the Lord.
3.)“Unless we take care of the books and preach and read ourself, understand the philosophy, this Hare Kṛṣṇa will be finished within few years”–SP Dec 12 1973 LA

4.)SB 3.7.17-Both the lowest of fools and he who is transcendental to all intelligence enjoy happinesswhereas persons between them suffer the material pangs.
